The trouble is, if you don’t risk anything, you risk even more.

TaKeTiNa rhythm meditations free!
alternate Thursdays (usually!) from 7 to 9pm
There is no charge for the Thursday circles, because these are “practice” groups. I’ve been studying TaKeTiNa for ten years. Learning to lead the TaKeTiNa process is a life-long commitment and requires constant practice with groups of people. A typical TaKeTiNa workshop is two or three days long, so these two-hour practice sessions are just the tip of the iceberg, a chance for participants to explore the process and a chance for me to work on my skills. Above all, it’s an opportunity for us –together– to explore the power of rhythm to instruct, challenge, and heal.
